In the heart of the Axarquia region of Andalucia, Casa Ianda provides the perfect location for either a relaxing holiday by the pool/on the beach or as a base for exploring all the ´must see´ sites of Andalucia e.g. Malaga, Granada, Nerja and the The Alpujarras. We provide Bed and Breakfast accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. Sorry - no pets. We can also provide excellent meals from daytime Snacks to a 3 course Evening Meal with Wine. Our first room - MOON ROOM (2 people) - Our first Guest Room measures a compact, but very comfortable, 11 square meters and has a Double Bed. It has a full Bedroom Suite, Coffee Table with kettle/hospitality tray, well stocked Bookcase and small Fridge/Mini Bar. A powerful Ceiling Fan and bed height fan provide Summer ventilation and a wall-mounted Radiator gives warm Winter heating. A Hairdryer is provided. The room has an En Suite Shower Room with all the usual facilities and, to save on your luggage weight, basic toiletries are provided. Our second room - SUN ROOM (2-4 people) - Our second Guest Room measures a very spacious 25 square meters. It has Twin Beds that can be separate or, as is usually the case, be pushed together to make a King-Sized Double. It has all the same facilities as the Double Room plus a Dining Table and 4 Chairs. Two single ´Z´ Beds can be provided for a third or fourth person on request. Private Swimming Pool for Guests use.

From Malaga Airport follow signs for Malaga and the E15/A7 Motorway. Just before Malaga centre access the E15/A7 on your right in the direction of MOTRIL, GRANADA and ALMERIA. Travel for approximately 25 minutes until you see the El Ingenio Shopping Centre on your right where you come off (SALIDA 272 for Velez Malaga and Torre del Mar). From the Motorway slip road go right round the roundabout on to the A356 in the direction of COLMENAR, LA VINUELA and CASABERMEJA. Drive straight along the A356 for about 15 minutes until you see the Lake on your right. Continue across the dam and, just past the pier, take the first turning on your left towards LOS ROMANES - this is a funny little turning where you have to go right to turn left. Drive up the LOS ROMANES road for ONLY 400 METERS / 2 MINUTES when you will see some rubbish bins on your left with a roadsign for El Mirador del Embalse. Turn up the road here and we are the fourth house - no. 5. TOTAL DRIVING TIME - 45 Minutes. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE - Although our postal address is Los Romanes we are actually situated 3 kilometers below the village. DRIVING TIMES

It is very helpful if you can tell us approximately what time you expect to arrive here and, if coming straight from the Airport, your flight number. PAYMENT Payment must be in Euros cash at the end of your stay; sorry, we do not accept Credit Cards. CANCELLATION There is no charge if you have to cancel before your holiday is due to begin but please have the courtesy to let us know if you cannot come rather than just not turning up.
