5 minute walk to nearest bar/restaurants and well stocked mini-marketall of which we can recommend. A further abundance of shops/bars/restaurants reached in around a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive.
The apartment is laid out on one level and with the direct lift makes it suitable for families with young children, the elderly and those with disabilities.

The rates are per week for the apartment and include a Meet and Greet service, linen, towels (not beach towels, please bring your own), reasonable electricity/water usage and a final clean. Minimum rental period/charge 1 week. Rates shown are based on an occupancy of 6 people, over occupancy up to a maximum of 8, are charged at an additional £50 per person, per week. An additional £200 is required as a security deposit against any damages/lost keys, refundable once the apartment has been checked over by our management team. We require a £150 or 20% (whichever is the greatest) deposit upon making a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. During the high season months of July & August changeover is on Saturday at other times we can be more flexible please enquire.
