LAY-OUT

The lay-out makes it ideal for two families or for two or more generations sharing, as each floor has independent access as well as an internal staircase. Ground and first floors each have two bedrooms, spacious sitting room and well equipped kitchen.

Outside is a large covered terrace with enough dining and comfy seating for a full house, leading on to the open terrace around the 11 metre pool.

CHILDREN / PETS / ACCESS

Your well behaved doggies are welcome with prior written consent.
Children are welcome but parents need to be aware that there are no special safety features, particularly around the pool, and must accept complete responsibility for their safety.

 Although the ground floor has two bedrooms and a sitting room there are individual steps throughout this floor which would make it difficult for wheelchair access.
