LAY-OUT
The lay-out makes it ideal for two families or for two or more generations sharing, as each floor has independent access as well as an internal staircase. Ground and first floors each have two bedrooms, spacious sitting room and well equipped kitchen.
Outside is a large covered terrace with enough dining and comfy seating for a full house, leading on to the open terrace around the 11 metre pool.
CHILDREN / PETS / ACCESS
Your well behaved doggies are welcome with prior written consent. Children are welcome but parents need to be aware that there are no special safety features, particularly around the pool, and must accept complete responsibility for their safety.
Although the ground floor has two bedrooms and a sitting room there are individual steps throughout this floor which would make it difficult for wheelchair access.
All twin beds may be made up as superking doubles. The bedrooms accommodate a total of 8 people. Two more children up to 12 may be accommodated on z-beds either in parents' rooms or in the upstairs sitting room which is not often used in summer. All three shower rooms are en-suite.
Outside of July and August it is possible to book one floor of Las Tortugas as a self-contained apartment for up to 4 people and we can offer exceptionally good rates for long winter lets. Contact us for more details.
The nearest airport is Almería (an hour away) but flights to Almería are rather limited, particularly out of season and most people find that Alicante (two hours) has a much better choice and is often cheaper. Murcia is also an option, about an hour and a half away.
Payment terms. All prices are quotes in euros but sterling payment may be arranged at prevailing rate. Reservation deposit: 25% of total or 250 (whichever is greater) by bank transfer. Balance is due four weeks prior to start of holiday. Security deposit of €500, payable in cash on arrival or by transfer with balance refundable on departure after inspection
