A special hide-away in Tuscany ! Available throughout the year , Casa Serena is a really charming little cottage/villa is set in the middle of olive groves and surrounded Tuscan landscape. It provides privacy and serenity for a truly relaxing vacation. The villa benefits from its own private pool but, even during Autumn and winter, there are the spectacular views over the Val di Chio and some fantastic sunsets too. The villa has a large sitting room with open wood burning fireplace - perfect for a cozy autumn night in. There are two bedrooms, one set with a double bed with views of the olive grove and valley from the bed. The second bedroom is arranged with twin beds, but this can be turned to a double if required. This bedroom has biews of the olive grove. In addition, there is a full kitchen and bathroom. Casa Serena is comfortably furnished - full of Tuscan charm. Outside there are terraces overlooking the gardens, olive groves and swimming pool. The terrace is a focal point for the property and a great place to enjoy all views whilst listening to the crickets and bird song that make this place so very special.

Castiglion Fiorentino is about 5kms. which is midway between the historic towns of Arezzo and Cortona. Lake Trasimeno with its pretty beaches is within easy driving distance. From here you can relax, unwind and enjoy the lovely scenery - or, there are day excursions to Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulcinao, Pienza, Assisi and more. Wine is a famous Tuscan export and you can use some of your time here to explore the many vineyards or go on a wine tour (In English, French, Danish, German) and enjoy some of the superior wines Tuscany has to offer.
