Emerald Luxury Villas located in Agios Nikolaos, in the north-eastern side of Zakynthos island, 30 km from Zakynthos town and only 300 m away from the sea. Agios Nikolaos is a small fishing village, still untouched by tourism, with traditional architecture and peaceful atmosphere.
At the port of Agios Nikolaos, which is always full of fishing and excursion boats, you can get a boat trip to visit the famous Blue Caves and the Shipwreck. You can also take the ferry to the nearby island of Kefalonia that departs daily from the port.

Booking notes: You may cancel your booking and get refunded if it is at least one month before your arrival, if it is after that period of time then you loose your deposit. If you have arrived at your villa and wish to cancel the rest of your stay then you pay for the nights you have been accommodated and 50% of the rest of the period that you have booked. Rental includes a basic welcome pack and daily maid service. 30 percent deposit is required to confirm the reservation. All credit cards, bank transfer, on line payment accepted.
