Modern efficient electric panel heaters are fitted throughout the house as well as a wood burner with child guard. There is also a dining table and chairs in the living room, whilst just one step down in the original part of the building is the kitchen, this was completely refitted in 2008, and has another good size table plus a full complement of equipment to cater for six.

There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, each room has plenty of storage space, a mirror and chair. The third bedroom is a smaller room fitted with bunk beds and a child size wardrobe. The bathroom has a full bath with shower over, vanity unit with inset sink and wc.

Outside the west facing garden has ample furniture and a gas barbecue. There is a suntrap patio area across the rear of the house, with the remainder of the grounds being laid to lawn with fences or hedges around the boundaries.  Parking is available off road, directly outside the house.
