Full house holiday rental private scenic family home, in a tranquil village Ideal for 2/3 families. Sleeps 14 has 6 bedrooms (all en-suite). Private parking for 6 cars. From the house a small cycle track (60 metres) leads to the new cycle track - there has recently been spent 2 million euros on this new cycle track which borders the Canal de Midi and stretches from Toulouse to Bordeaux. There are 3 sun terraces, next to large stone/stainless steel BBQ. For keen fishermen we own the land across the road steps completed down to the Garonne River. Les Peupliers has 6 bedrooms /en-suite. On the downstairs floor the hall leads to 2 bedrooms with air-con and en-suite/shower with double sink (these bedrooms have French windows to the garden. Leading from the corridor to a very large lounge with stone fireplace/large television, English Television/DVD with choice of discs, video recorder and various videos, lounge suite, table/chairs the kitchen has large American fridge â very large gas 'catering cooker' with 6 hobs, microwave, all necessary utensils - 4 'French Windows' lead out to the outside vine covered terrace. The spiral staircase leads to the spacious upstairs lounge with large stone fireplace, French and English television, DVD and choice of discs, large lounge settee sitting for 8 also large dining table sitting for 14. Buffets with necessary crockery.The kitchen leads onto a lovely upstairs balcony area, tables/chairs overlooks farmland and Garonne river. 1st db@single beds en suite with shower. Air con/heating. 2nd double bed en-suite, double sink, air con/heating. 3rd double bed/en suite/air con/heating. 4th and 5th-double bed/en-suite/air con/heating. 6th twin bed/en-suite/ceiling fan/heating. Towels and all linen provided. The property is cleaned for when guests arrive. We would respectfully ask guests to leave the property as they find it. All 6 bedrooms are en-suite, a big bonus according to our previous guests. There are two kitchens - downstairs kitchen which leads to the "vine covered" terrace with large catering size stainless steel cooker, American fridge, table/6 chairs, dishwasher and kitchen area. Upstairs kitchen with cooker/fridge, ample storage units, leads onto outside balcony with seating/tables overlooks the gardens. Leads to dining room which has table and 12 chairs. Laundry room is well equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment. Plenty of bedding and towels available.

TENNIS We have a key to the new tennis court in the village so clients can enjoy as much tennis as they like - rackets/balls available FISHING MARVELLOUS POSITION for this sport -as the house borders the Garonne River and 2 minutes behind the house is the "Canal du Midi" WE actually own the land just across from the house that is next to the Garonne - we have made steps down to the river -our guests can enjoy fishing in tranquility - and in the heat of the day the trees offer excellent shade - also a beautiful spot to enjoy the fantastic "sunsets" of the South West of France Horseback riding, hiking, , excellent golf course (15 mins away),, canoeing, water ,great "professional karting" venue with children enertainment and restaurant , American 6 flags amusement and water park. Tour the famous wineries, museums, shopping, sightseeing,reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Village fetes and markets every weekend with dining and dancing under the stars. Coast / Beach The Basin at Arcachon and the Atlantic beaches are about 1 hour 55 mins away. Arcachon is a stylish resort famous for its safe beaches and its seafood. The Atlantic beaches from Biscarosse to Lacanau-Ocean are a surfer's paradise and very lively resorts. In season they are well protected by lifesavers. The Aqualand water theme park at Le Teich, near Arcachon is an invigorating day out! The nearest bakery is about 4 minutes by car or why not enjoy a short cycle ride along the "Canal du Midi" to pick up your coissants/bread!! ( There has just been 80 thousand euros spent on the beautiful cycle track that runs from Bordeaux to Toulouse-) The track passes our house this has proved to be extremely poplular with our clients - lovely to cycle to the canal to enjoy seeing the pleasure boats cruise the canal and to see people enjoying the cycle track.
