Goose Nest House is a contemporary, luxury holiday house with comfortable beds, crisp white linen, fluffy white towels and breathtaking views over the lake.
All guests of Goose Nest House have free, unlimited access to the on-site spa just three minutes walk away with its indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, sauna, steam room, techno gym and a choice of over 100 pampering treatments (extra) to massage away's the stresses away.
With five bedrooms (two kings, two twins and a child's bedroom), a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons and a stunning vaulted-ceiling, open plan living area with wall to wall double height glass fronted windows and glass fronted balcony overlooking the lake, the peaceful lake setting will give you a relaxing break.
All guests of Goose Nest House also have free fishing and opportunity to boat on the seven lakes and three rivers that meander through the Lower Mill Estate with its 450 acre private nature reserve with country walks and hides dotted around to watch the wildlife.

How to get there
The Cotswolds is an area of England well known for its sleepy villages with honey coloured stone and undulating hills `wolds`. Famous for its spa towns such as Bath, or former Roman forts like Cirencester just 10 minutes' drive from the house.
By Car
M4, Junction 15 and head north along the A419 towards Cirencester After 16 miles turn left onto Spine Road sign posted Cotswold Water Park and follow the road along until you reach Lower Mill Estate.
M5, Junction 11A and head along the A417 signposted Cirencester/Swindon. Then follow directions as above, turning in the Spine Road Junction signposted Cotswold Water Park.
By Train
The nearest train station, Kemble, is 10 minutes' drive away and taxis can be easily arranged for you if that is needed. The train is direct to Paddington Station and the fast trains take just 75 minutes.

Rental Terms & Conditions
Arrival and Departure: Arrival is usually from 3 p.m. on day of booking and departure is 10 a.m. on the final day. Other arrangements may be possible with prior agreement of the owners.
Hidden Extras: There aren't any - Gas, Electricity, Towels, Linen, Travel Cot and High Chair are all included. Pre and post arrival cleaning also takes place but we do ask that you leave the house in a tidy state with bins emptied and recycling taken to the on-site recycling bins. Free, unlimited access to the Spa is also included but please bring your own swimming towels.
Pets: We are afraid that we do not accept pets.
Smoking: This is a strictly no smoking house including the balcony Lower Mill Estate is a private nature reserve and guests are asked to respect the tranquility of the Estate. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.
ESTATE ETHOS Lower Mill Estate is a private community of architect designed homes set within a private 550 acre nature reserve, with two Sites of Special Scientific Interest and a £6m ArtSpa.
The majority of the houses within the nature reserve are used by their owners as weekend/holiday homes. Many of the owners are families with young children or couples who enjoy the peace, nature and tranquility of Lower Mill and all the varied outdoor activities available, from walking, sailing, fishing, cycling, tennis and swimming to owner-organised community festivals on the August Bank holiday and New Year holidays.
Goose Nest House is best suited to family gatherings and guests who want to relax in a beautiful home and enjoy the amazing natural outdoor environment and ArtSpa. It is not suited to noisy parties as noise travels easily across the water and disturbs others. Hen and stag parties are prohibited. All guests are asked to sign in advance a Code of Conduct governing behaviour at Lower Mill. This sets out the main Estate Rules and forms part of the rental contract. The Code of Conduct is designed to make all guests aware of the ethos of Lower Mill before they arrive, to and to promote consideration for others. This ensures that the expectations of both guests and owners are respected and that the enjoyment of Lower Mill is enhanced for all.
