ACCOMMODATION: to take full advantage of the views, the open plan living area is on the first floor, light and contemporary with high quality furnishings. Patio doors lead to a decked area and balcony.
A very well equipped kitchen and dining area.
The three bedrooms are on the ground floor and the master bedroom with a sea view has a king size bed, own TV /DVD and freeview channels .It also has an en-suite with a bath, over shower, hand basin and toilet.
A spacious second bedroom, with french doors leading out to the court yard garden; a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy the sea view,also has its own TV/DVD and freeview channels.
The final bedroom has a triple bunk bed,with a double on the bottom and a single on the top.
baby travel cot available for use.
Separate shower room with walk in shower, hand basin and toilet.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the garage, also ideal place for storing surf boards and wet suits.
There is broadband wireless internet access (computer not supplied).

There is an integrated garage at the property which can accommodate a small to medium 'ish' car ie Focus/Golf. When we're staying, we always manage to park in the road adjacent to the cottage as our car (4x4) wont fit in the garage. We've always managed to find a space nearby and it's very safe.
